My first hat arrived with what looked like a a little damage. I contacted PlaySpark, who responded right away. We weren’t sure if it was in the dye process or damaged. However, they wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase and sent out a replacement hat right away. Amazing customer service! The second hat just arrived and looks fantastic!
