Inclusion means being part of something without having to change who you are. It is more than just sharing a space. It means knowing you are valued, your presence matters, and you belong as you are.

True inclusion asks us to look beyond what we know and imagine what is possible when we include everyone. It means planning for different needs, creating chances for everyone to join in, and seeing the unique ways each person adds to the world.

Rather than asking people to fit into what already exists, we can change our spaces, activities, and expectations to make room for more ways to be, connect, and find joy.

Everyone should have the chance to make choices, build relationships, contribute in their own way, and feel free to belong without having to change who they are.
Inclusion is not about changing people to fit the world. It is about creating a world where everyone has space to be themselves.
